"This place cost me a job! Like most the reviews here I will also agree that the staff at this facility are rude very unwelcoming. I was late for my appointment so I had to reschedule. Upon leaving and headed to my job I get a phone call from HR saying I was no longer employed because they were told I refused a drug screen and walked out. I will never go here again. Anyone dealing with these clowns just know they could careless about your job or your wellbeing."

Beware that they will tell you that testing is finished and once you walk out the door they will report you to your employer as a refusal of service. Beware they lie to employers. Had to give a sample under observation. I was forced to expose myself to staff of the oppisite sex which violates their policy as well as local and federal regulations."

"Been there twice and will not go back to that location. I would rather drive to different location. First visit had me fill out all the paperwork for processing. After 15 minutes they had me do the same paperwork on a laptop. Second time to site to do a drug test. Had to wait 45 minutes just to do that."
