"Great customer service, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Quality furniture and an easy financing process (EDIT: or so I thought) Edit: Follow-up comments on financing. We were supposed to have automatic payments setup at the beginning of this process and I could find any information on it in my email or online so I called the store to verify and they couldn’t find the paperwork. I had to go back to the store and re-fill out the paperwork. The automatic payment went through without a problem and within a week I got a phone call from Corporate asking for another payment even though mine had cleared. They refused to talk to me and asked for my husband because they said my name wasn’t on the account even though they ran my credit and my name was on the application. I had to call my husband to call them and give them permission to talk to me before they would tell me anything that was going on. After all that mess, they said they never received a payment on our account and I told them what happened and they then called the store and I guess go it figured out, or so I thought. Next month, the payment comes out no problem and within five day again, I get another call from corporate asking for a payment. By this time I was extremely irritated and went down to the store to get this straightened out myself and they said it was because the payment was under my name and they didn’t apply it because the name didn’t match what was on the account. I told them my name should be on the account because I was a co-applicant and they needed to notate it in their system. Next month rolls around and I preemptively called the store to tell them to look for my payment and apply it to my “husband’s” account since it wasn’t set up properly. My advice is don’t be a co-applicant if you want to deal with this headache monthly. Not worth it!!!"
