"From the outside you’d never guess how big this store is, it’s truly an optical allusion. I’m guilty of just driving by due to the location but today I stopped and I’m so happy I did. I’m on the hunt for a sectional and I’m pretty picky, my family walks into the store and we are welcomed in, asked if we needed help and then Zach let us shop! He wasn’t up our butts pushing product, when we had a question he’d answer and give honest feedback. Furniture shopping and car shopping are one in the same for me, I want to be able to window shop and not have to deal with pushy sales tactics bc I want my options open, I want to find the best deal for my family and Zach Monday delivered. I didn’t buy anything today but the customer service there is top notch, and that’s the reason I’ll be back."
