"Me and my husband came to visit a friend last night , we ended up going to get something to eat to take home at the food shop we ordered a BLT with onion rings on the side and when we got home and we were getting ready to eat , my husband took a big bite of his onion ring and it was not fully cooked , there was flour falling off of it. It was really concerning . For a hospital, there should be no reason why the food is not being cooked all the way. That is a serious heath issue."
