"My nephew has been attending daycare here for about 3 years now and dont get me wrong we have had a decent experience. For the last year, we have run into so many problems with this daycare. My sister works 12 hour shifts so sometimes he gets picked up later around 7:30, and they will call her to ask her where she is around 7:00 when they close at 8:00. I understand that he is not the most well behaved child in their care but considering they are not doing it for free they should be a little bit more considerate. My nephew has been blamed for most of the wrong doings at daycare, when it isn't his fault but I feel he is being targeted because he is just being a boy. Boy will be boys. My nephew as all kids can misbehave and when it is brought to my sisters attention they use terms like "I dont know what to do with him Ms." how unprofessional that sounds. Also, there has been instances where he will come home with minor injuries and we won't hear from the "professional" staff, instead we hear it from our 4 year old. Today really topped off the issues for me. I took him this morning around 11:45 and upon dropping him off a lady asked me "when will he be getting picked up". This isn't the first time they have asked my family when we will be picking him up. She said it with a little bit of attitude, I understand that they may be overwhelmed especially since I work with children as well but I have never given a paying customer attitude the way she did me. They should be thankful and grateful for their job since they're getting paid and its not with federal assistance. A little more attention to detail would be greatly appreciated, he is not the only misbehaved child."

"As a new father in 2020 I was certainly very worried about where I would take my infant, I ended up bringing him here and then last year my newborn daughter, it was the best decision I could have made. They treat my kids like family, always take very good care of them and do a great job with my now 2 year old son in even teaching him the alphabet, numbers and things of that nature. I am beyond happy that my children are in a safe environment where the staff has always taken great care of them and gone the extra mile when they’ve needed it"

"No one at this daycare knows what they are doing, they are not professional at all. I had my 5 month old enrolled there, at times i would take her at noon and the front desk lady complained telling me i had to call in advance that they were short staff on teachers. Being a customer im asking myself how is that my fault i pay weekly for daycare, so im the one inconvenient. Again no communication, i was never informed that they were short staff only when i arrived there. There is so much more i dont recommend it here at all."

"The director (Fabiola) and staff are always very attentive with the kids and very loving. They go an extra mile to make each child feel known and special. I'm very thankful for all the support I have received from them with the care of my kids. They offer very convenient hours of operation that adjust well with work schedules. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe place for their little ones."
