"First let me start by saying there is a No Talk No Text law for a reason. I passed a van for this daycare, full of kids, and they driver was talking on her cell phone. Also, instead of slowing down for the speed bumps she just flew over them like they weren't there. I don't know about everybody else, but I like to know that my kids are safe in the care of a professional that I pay to teach them everyday. This tells me that this establishment has no regard for the law or childrens safety."
