"Day care of the year award goes to Cradles and crayons on dyer! Single parent friendly, Military friendly, evening student parent friendly and married parent friendly. I have been all of those in the past 4 yrs since I started taking my Kid here and I have never been disappointed. They open at 0530 and close at 2130. They are affordable and reasonable. All the workers are very friendly to my son. Ms Cindy and Ms Lupe especially. I can call this day care an extended family. I cannot imagine taking my Andy anywhere else. They are professional and there are cameras everywhere too. Ms Loreta is always there at 0530 in the morning making breakfast for kids and always ready to provide a mattress and blanket for my baby when I drop him off too early. Eric the driver is too kind and always ready to pick up my baby when I am not dropping him off. All of them are very courteous. I love this day care and all its employees. I don’t know what I would have done for the past 4years without you guys! I love you all. Keep up the good work!❤️❤️❤️."
"I normally dont leave bad reviews but have to this time. Our family is military and moved to El Paso from out of state. I have a four year old son that had some difficulty adjusting to the move and my pregnancy at the time. He began exhibiting rebellious behavior at home and at the daycare. I have no problems disciplining my child if he misbehaves, however the way it was handled was out of line. The instructor would talk about how bad he was very loud and in front of the other children when I would pick him up. If their is an issue the parent should be pulled to the side and that never happend. I decided to take my son out because he cried everytime it was time to go there and his behavior did not improve while there. I never said a negative word, I just simply moved my child out of the environment to a new daycare and he is doing very well now. So on this past Valentines Day, the lady that watched my son at Cradles and Crayons just so happened to be in Dollar General the same time as me, which is in the same area as the daycare, next door actually. She approaches me as I'm with my daughter. I'm taken off guard but play nice no problem. My daughter who is only 2 months old begins to cry because it's time for her feeding and the lady goes on to say I see she is hyper like her older brother. This was totally inappropriate and out of line. I didnt say anything rude back but plan on speaking to the owner. I just want to make this public what happened because I don't want this to happen to another parent. This was so unprofessional and just dead wrong to do that to a parent and I dont want anyone to feel the way I felt in the store. If you dont't have patience for children, why work at a daycare. Makes no sense, simply change your profession."
"I love Ms Lupe and Ms Mary my kids have been going to this daycare for years and they are quick to solve any problems I may have. Definitely recommend this location."
