"Seriously the best customer service! I went in last night (12/15) because I had some issues with an old gel light that I had (did not buy it at this store, not their fault, turned out to my MY fault). I knew I wanted to buy a new one. I explained to the lady what I was wanting in a gel light. The lady sat in the floor and took the time to explain every gel light and what the features of it are. She even helped me pick out nail polish as well. I have never had service this patient, kind, & knowledgeable in a store in quite sometime. The girl had red colored hair and I wish I had asked her name because I would call corporate and let them know how wonderful she was. EXCELLENT service. And I ended up getting the gel light that she and I both thought would meet my needs - and I LOVE it!!"
