"Took my son in for a deep cut on his forehead today. He fell and hit the glass table while running. Everyone there that interacted with him was amazing, they were so patient and kind. Got us taken care of quickly and gave him a stuffed animal and slushy after they glued the wound. My son went from crying and scared when we arrived to thanking the the staff and saying "bye hospital" on iur way out. I love that we have such a great place that's close to home. Thank you all!"
"I underwent an EGD procedure today and wanted to thank the nurses, coordinators and truly all staff I encountered. My nurses Emmy and Jenna were so caring and friendly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout. Thank you for being phenomenal and making this as easy as possible for me."
"I went to the ER yesterday and there was no point apparently but to give them money. I felt utterly terrible and am still feeling badly. I was freezing cold and feeling so bad all over. They did a Covid and RSV test. Both negative. I told them that a couple of weeks before I was really sick and it turned out that I had a broken tooth and had an infection and was scheduled for a root canal and had been five days from my last antibiotic. A young man looked in my mouth and said he didn’t see anything and told me that wasn’t what was wrong. Dr. Lamb came to me and asked what was wrong and I told him how bad I felt and apparently I wasn’t explaining it well enough because he told me he couldn’t help me if I couldn’t tell him what was going on. But isn’t that what HE was supposed to figure it out?!! He is a joke. Then the young man came back to me and told me the test were negative and I probably have some other virus because there are so many out there and to go home and rest and drink fluids. Seriously? It was ridiculous. I mentioned again about my tooth infection because I felt better after taking antibiotics but he told me if that was the problem then my mouth would be swollen. He then showed a picture to me of him with a swollen mouth a couple of weeks beforehand and said that that is what was wrong with him. But then I thought if he didn’t recognize it in himself then how would he recognize it in me? It was so ridiculous. I won’t go back."
"From start to finish my best ER visit. Check in guy was awesome and patient with me even tho I was grumpy. My doc (maybe APRN) listened to everything I had to say and spent a lot of time with me working to pinpoint the issue. Her and my nurse were very kind and helpful and thoughtful. The ekg and triage nurses/technicians made me laugh and made me comfortable. Doc 2 came in and detailed everything (taking his time with me as I was half asleep) and made me feel less stressed about the outcome and follow up procedures. I appreciate all they did for me and the time they took with me. Even though I was grumpy at the end (having anxiety attack) they still treated me with kindness and patience. I will never go to another ER again, you are stuck with me now. Thanks again."
