"First week update; My daughter has been here for one week, so far the only concerns is they did not wash her sippe cup for a week and she's been drinking the same apple juice out of it since the first day she started. I mentioned it to the teacher she said, "she will wash it." & they didn't use her own personal blanket first week because, "they didn't check her backpack." My daughter is having a very difficult time transitioning here I don't feel the teacher connects with her or makes her feel safe. She hasn't assured us or doesn't communicate with us at all. So we might look into other childcare options."

"Staff needs to verify that the kids are well groomed to avoid any kind of incidents. This can be frustrating at any day care but my concern is making sure my child is 100% safe from harm. I work hard to provide care for my child and I'm never late with a check so my expectations are high."
