"The front desk ladies were very nice as I hadn't been here in years. I had an appointment so I got called back within a couple of minutes. The lady that assisted us was hilarious and very fun to work with! They got mine and my husband's ID renewed and we were out within 30 minutes of being there. I usually dread appointments like this due to long waits and rude employees but it was a totally different experience this time. Thank you to those that helped us!"

"If there is anything needed within the ordinary list of daily obligations or that falls within the minimal effort of what these fine patriots are paid for, then consider yourself in good hands. For anything involving complex thought, creativity, or coordination, then you should save yourself a trip. The resolution will be found elsewhere."

"I was unclear of where the office was I was going to and even though I asked a random person they tried to help me. Which doesn't always happen. Often you get a shrug. I was able to find the office and the women I spoke to was more than pleasant. She listened to my concerns and directed me to the correct building. Also providing a specific person she suggested, which is always greatly appreciated."
