"VERY limited hours! Doesn’t have hours posted at store. Says it’s posted on Google. Google says opens at noon on Fridays. At 1:10, it STILL wasn’t open & a lady was there waiting for her appt that was scheduled for 1:00. HORRIBLE PRACTICES! Edited: You keep saying that your hours are posted on Google. BUT I have been there twice during the posted hours & both times you were NOT open. Full of excuses."

"I have been a loyal customer for decades back when the owner worked in Bashford Manor mall my uncle would take me to get my make up done for my senior pictures and prom as he was a friend of Merle Norman’s staff and a professional photographer back in those days and all the models building their portfolio went to Robin, the top makeup artist at Merle Norman and now owner of her own store. Robin has done makeup for people on news broadcast sets for Kentucky Centre and the Brown Theatre. There is no where in the entire city where you can buy the best lip pencils and mascara and get a mini make over and unique jewelry for sell all while having a caring conversation all in one trip!"

"Have driven to this location three times from Indiana (nearly an hour one way) during “open” hours in a matter of 6 months, each time, door locked, no lights on, closed. I miss the Clarksville, IN location so much. They were always about customer service and always gave you free samples to try. Which usually led to more sales for them! I Have used Merle Norman for over 25 years(since I was 13.) Nothing compares as far as quality. The hassle of this store has left me no choice but to order online. Which, I hate because I can’t try the product/colors before purchasing. Thanks to the lady at the old Clarksville location on Veterans, I was able to try many products. She always had bonus sales. It was such a treat to go there but unfortunately she sold the business. I Don’t mind to drive to Louisville because I love the products so much, but this store has been a huge inconvenience! I’ve never got the chance to buy from here because it’s never open! Ugh! Side note: No, I won’t delete my review because it’s the truth and it may save someone else the time and hassle. If you post your hours…. Be open during those hours. I’ve even sat there and waited thinking maybe someone was just running late to open. But nope, after 35 min and a total of three trips there and back, I won’t be returning."
