"Cliffs: We asked for the most basic hair clippers and the set they told us was their most basic was actually the 4th most basic and almost double the price. My fiance came here to buy a set of hair clippers. She asked for the most basic pair they have as it was only meant to cut my hair during the pandemic. The woman behind the counter directed her to a set that cost $199 saying it was their most basic. After a lot of back and forth my fiance discovered they have three more basic, and cheaper, sets of hair clippers, that just come with fewer features and guards. The one she decided on was their second most basic at $115."

"I purchased a blade from this place to fit my trimmer. As soon as I started grooming my small breed dog didn't cut nothing. I called them 30 minutes after I purchased it and they said no refund so I went there to talk to them face to face and after long argue and bad attitude from the gay owner he agreed to exchange it. As soon as I got home I noticed hair in the blade box so I knew right away that it was a used blade again also didn't do the job at all. To insure that the blades are the problem not my trimmer I ordered one from online half the price free shipping and I groomed my dogs with no problem. I will never go there for any item.
