"The wife had neck surgery on Tuesday 8/22/23 to have her disc replaced and neck fused together by a neurosurgeon at St.Thomas in Nashville. We normally use Truecare but they did not have the right milligrams of pain meds required. We called Dover Family Pharmacy and was told they REFUSED to fill it even though it was directly issued earlier that day . The reason , WE would have to have our meds, all our meds transferred to Dover Family Pharmacy. First of all that ILLEGAL and you will be contacted by our attorney as well as a complaint filed to the state and government officials. Second you denied pain relief for someone who needed it !! Had she died it would not have been good for you ."

"Called a few times to check on some items that is usually sold at a pharmacy and overall the place seems to be unprofessional every time I’ve I spoken to someone they all seemed extremely rude. Customer service definitely needs work and training in the items that are sold in the store. Also maybe be more professional about certain matters and not have disagreements in the open on the store floor."

"Great people and attitudes but the speed/rate of service has declined over the past year or so. Dropped script off and they said it would be ready in 15 min. We came back almost 5 hours later and waited almost 30 minutes there for them to give us the medicine."
