"Update. Went back again for an illness a few months later. Again reserved a time and again sat in the waiting area after check in for over an hour past my reserved time. Perhaps do away with the reservation system and make it all walk in because there's no advantage to using the time reservation. You still have to wait for over an hour to get called back. Staff is polite and helpful. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is I reserved a time, checked in, and wasn't called back for over an hour past my reserved time. If I walked in, I'd just be glad they could work me in at all. They were very busy. But otherwise, what's the point of the reservation system if you still have to wait that long?"

"Although the wait was a bit long the young nurse that attended to me was excellent. She was kind, gentle and efficient in caring for my wound. Even my PCP. complimented her work."

"Not impressed at all with this place. The RN had awful bedside manner, and I could tell she wanted to be anywhere else than at work . Had to ask her what my temp was and she didn’t tell me what my BP was . Was very rushed and inattentive. The NP was not much better. Also, had to wait in the room while they all ate for 45 min after taking a test that I was told would take 15 minutes for results . I had an appt before I went and was spot 1 in line while I watched 4 others called before me. 2 hour ordeal for absolutely nothing , bad service , and no prescription. Waste of time and money. I will just stick with Village Medical (although they are nowhere near as good as when it was Primary Care)."
