"This distillery is just top notch. It is small but beautifully run and wonderfully put together. The tour really is a lot of fun. The best part was that since it was February and the slow season... I was allowed to bring my dog on the tour. This really took the whole experience over the top for me. It was such a wonderful afternoon! I enjoyed chatting with the staff (Angel was so knowledgeable and welcoming, Derrik was fun to chat with and made an excellent smoked cocktail) as well as sipping an old-fashioned cocktail after my tour on their beautiful patio. The bourbon is delicious and I took home a variety of different bottles, both of Yellowstone and Minor Case. Highly recommend a visit to this distillery!"
"We toured Limestone on the day after Christmas with Angel. She was fantastic with her knowledge, facts, anecdotes about the Beam and Dant families who produced the man who created this distillery. We were provided with samples from the beginning of the tour with the cocktails that came with our ticket until the end at the flight tasting. We were given chocolates to accompany the different whiskeys and Angel provided “tasting tips” as well. Blake created two amazing cocktails for us! He was a fun guy! And I cannot forget the cat who could (literally) open doors! It was a quick seeming tour, fast paced and brimming with information and history lessons. Highly recommend!"
"I'm not a bourbon or gin drinker, and I still left with a bottle! Holy jeepers, the tour was a BLAST! Our guide Gabe was amazing, knew the history like he lived it, and was so passionate about the products and the company. The production floor was awesome, and learning the distillation process start to finish really helps you understand and appreciate the complexity that is Kentucky Bourbon. An absolute must visit stop if your on the Bourbon Trail, or even if your just passing by!"
"This is a good tour of a distillery, they do not have ages there barrels here so it is just the distilling you see. The tasting at the end is great in their bar with 5 bourbons, chocolate and you get a glass."
"Comfy location with a very enthusiastic tour guide and his adorable dog! Great cocktails. Nice outdoor patio. The tour isn't real long so it's very good for people who have trouble standing or walking for long periods of time but want the distillery experience. Lovely staff as well!"
