"Overcharged us for rooms. Booked 2 rooms, left after 1 night, asked for email receipt when i checked out at ~6am, never got one. Then the charge showed up on my card & seemed high. Called again to get a receipt, it came thru & they charged us for 2 nights. I called asked why, they told me some made up story that i asked to hold the rooms another night...I told them you can look at the surveillance footage, I very clearly handed the front desk my room keys, told them we were checking out & requested a receipt. I was told to call back when the GM was in next week. Rooms were ok, AC was LOUD/malfunctioning (like a vacuum parked next to my bed) woke me up several times. Tiles in bathroom loose/coming up. Bed was dirty / smelled bad. Towels had hair in them."

"Clean room, new looking hotel, but breakfast was pathetic. No pancakes, no yogurt, no oatmeal. Only fruit was 4 little mandrine oranges. Only bread/pastries was plan bagels, white toast or english muffin. The only jelly flavor was grape. One side of the toaster worked, the other side doesn't brown anything. Eggs were almost crunchy. The ham-like sausage was good."

"It takes quite a bit in recent years to inspire me to write a review. The first room we checked into was dirty, had beer cans, a bed that was unmade, and the bathroom that was a mess. We then were “Upgraded” to a larger room that had less furniture.There was: No shampoo, but twice as much conditioner in the bathroom, Hair in the shower one trashcan that was not even in the bathroom, and the real kicker….. NO HOT WATER! I thought for sure this couldn’t be the case and I let the water run and run and run and there was no hot water that ever came out. I like the room cold it is incredibly easy to fog a mirror. The temperature turned down to 66 in the hotel room. There was not even enough warm water to fog the mirror. This was before 6 AM so it’s not like the whole place up and running."

"Staff was helpful and pleasant to speak with. Breakfast hostess had her young son and she made sure he stayed out of trouble. She kept everything filled and said bye and have a nice day when you were leaving."
