"In response to you Elena Mcglaun, upset is an understatement you and you’re daycare facility has and will be forever traumatizing to me a parents worse nightmare! I’m so thankful my baby girl will never remember that horrible day. Any and every child care facility I chose to take my daughter to gets prepped of that day (10-14-2019) and my trust issues I have, every incident that happens to her with day care teachers reminds me to trust my instincts as a mother. You did lie to me I came to you told you my concerns with Anahi Garcia, here’s the screenshot from the brightwheel messaging app. When you showed me the footage from October 10th 2019 I seen Anahi Garcia grab my daughter by the hands and fan her body in the air and when you radioed her she dragged my baby girl down the hallway she brought her to me crying. You did not self report you refused to give me the number and told me it was by the sign in computer after I stated I’d get it elsewhere. As soon as I left your facility on 0ct. 14th 2019 I reported to licensing. You showed me the recordings the day Amarillo police department went (10-15-19) you needed 24 hour notice, that day you wanted to scare me telling me Anahi Garcia was going to press charges on me for pushing her. You Elena proceed to tell me do you want my personal opinion? And I said sure. She said this is bad, I replied for who? Elena stated for you and Anahi Garcia. I asked how so? Elena stated APD said I should’ve never put my hands on Anahi. I replied to I stand by my actions as any other mother would’ve handle in that situation. I hope my review brings light to how run your “baby” and the horrible things you allow and sweep under the rug to protect your livelihood."

"This Place is awesome the director and assistant director are very sweet, they are always ready to help. they work with parents on payments, they offer fresh meals, with fresh fruits and vegetables, cameras are always open to the parents to see anytime, they have an app that sent you notifications about child day. they do so much for parents and the kids."
