"They are so sweet, caring, will go beyond expectations! My daughter loves it there and always so happy!"
"BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! My baby came home with a STAPLE in her mouth!!! Horrible place, horrible experience!! *for brevity, only a few examples are provided here. I will be happy to share my experience with anyone by request* ** this review is for the “front” part of this center. The part where they keep babies under 12 months old. I have no experience with the toddler part and its staff.** ***staff here includes all those working in the front infant center including the director and those permanent supervised staff under the director*** ****staff lacks basic baby cleaning skills and leaves children susceptible to infections – especially girls!**** I have never been so moved to review any business, good or bad, but I wouldn’t be at peace if I didn’t at least try and warn prospective parents. I saw staff picking up babies by their clothes. For example, if the staff was sitting down and the baby was near, the staff would (without getting out of their chair) grab the baby’s clothes from behind using one hand, hoist the baby up in the air and onto their lap. The staff member that did this wasn’t aware that I saw this because my wife was getting our baby’s stuff together. I was so surprised at the blatant disregard for the baby’s safety, that I spoke up and let her know that I saw that. The staff member sheepishly laughed and exchanged glances with her supervisor/coworker and I could tell that she felt uncomfortable with what she did. You can infer that this was common practice from this observation. The staff did not turn away kids that were obviously sick. There were kids in there that had green, thick snot on their nose and they were allowed to play with other healthy kids. It seemed like the staff was allowing this to happen in hopes that there would be more kids out that they wouldn’t have to care for thereby making the staff’s day easier. The kids shared pacifiers and we witnessed the staff feeding two separate kids with the same spoon and same bowl. My daughter seemed to get sick every other week and we attributed it to her newly developing immune system, but after seeing this at the daycare, we suspected that it was due to a general disregard for cleanliness and health by the staff. When we would pick up our daughter we would instantly check her diaper to see if she was dirty. If she wasn’t dirty from having a dirty diaper in which she had obviously sat in for more than an hour, then she would have poop on/around her vagina from 1) not being cleaned right and 2) having sat in her own dirty diaper for a prolonged period of time. The inability to clean a child correctly has so many issues not only for the child that but other children as well – it’s a basic function that any caretaker should be able to fulfill. On one occasion, our daughter’s hand looked like it had been smashed really hard. When we questioned the staff about it, they didn’t recall ever seeing that and claimed we took her in that way even though they said that they hadn’t noticed it. Another time, my daughter had a slight bruise on her face, they had no recollection of how she was injured. The only time there was an incident report written up was the time we questioned the obvious bruise on her face earlier in the daytime. My daughter once came home with a weird, flat piece of plastic in her mouth. The final straw was when my daughter came home with a staple in her mouth and another one in the fold of her neck. We didn’t know if she had already consumed any more. I can’t publicly share any details on this last point because we have been legally advised not to share any details of this incident. Within the first week that my daughter did not attend this center her health had improved, and she has not been sick. Her behavior has changed and she is overall a completely different and much happier kid. Don’t be fooled by the “combined experience” the caretakers here have. This only benefits them. They will cover for one another when they are caught and questioned with something. Take your kids here at their own risk!"
