"Company does not care about employees. Lay offs during the holidays then fired people after a 2 week unpaid Christmas shutdown. Upper management laid people off then said “it doesn’t affect my pay check I get paid the same regardless”. Used to be an awesome place to work but went down hill fast once they created a management council and changed who was in charge. Owner used to care bout the people but they are so out of touch with the company now."
