"PLEASE do not bring your children here. First of all you wait like 2 hours past your SCHEDULED appointment just to be seen and this happens literally EVERY VISIT. I was told Dr. Hoving was a great Dr. And very thorough but she is absolutely not great at all. She only cares about running a business and meeting vaccines quotas its obvious she doesn't care about the well being of these children but just keeping up a business. I feel she is seen as "thorough" because she makes you come in for a check up on literally EVERYTHING for absolutely no reason other than shes charging up the insurance. Like going back for a height check or weight check just so nit picky and ridiculous. They dropped us as patients for missing an appointment and I am absolutely so happy she did because there is no hassle of going back for ridiculous reasons. I almost felt like she was trying to find something wrong with my children when they are perfectly healthy. Also, if you don't trust vaccines especially because of what happend with the covid one don't even bother going here she will 100% scare you into it or drop you as patients for not being in favor of vaccines."

"I really don’t think they are that bad but after my 5 year old was seen and CLEARED..she was sent home again the next day from school bawling her ear was hurting. It was not from a cough and cold since this was all I was told she had. I was debating to take her to the ER.. but she end up sleeping and didn’t wake up in pain. However the next day (today) I call and her her in at 3:30. Show up for sure 5 min before since that’s what I did the day I scheduled last sick visit. Then I see people walking in and getting seen prior to some I seen already sitting. Ok maybe they had a different scheduled appointment. Then after seeing more people walk in and get seen and leave and we are still waiting I gave up. Why were we scheduled in if you aren’t actually getting scheduled in. It wasn’t explained to me and I felt ignored. My kiddo waited patiently as possible but man was that something to get rescheduled in and see a full waiting room and people going and leaving and you’re still waiting. Maybe cause I stated her pain was so severe I may take her to the er? Or maybe it was because I hung up in frustration quickly the day I called back in to ask questions about the ear pain(she just examined her).. either way.. long explanation to help others depict of this office is for your children or not."

"The worst place to take your kids ! Please do not take your kids to childrens healthcare associates !! Carly Novian is the worst nurse practitioner I’ve ever had and they won’t even let you get back to see a doctor even if you wait in the office for 3 1/2 hours to do so . They have the least amount of knowledge I’ve ever seen in a doctors office ! So every other review you read on here is true I have seen in person the ridiculous circus they call a doctors office ! Childrens Healthcare Associates shouldn’t be allowed to operate the Way they do !!! And let’s go ahead and review their front desk. Maria would not schedule an appointment for my son and we called to ask for the manager and she hung up the phone. One again. Highly rude and then had the audacity to call back and drop our whole family as patients. I personally overheard them talking about the patients coming and going out of their office. Please don’t take ur kids to this place. Read the reviews like we should have and don’t do it. Worst in Amarillo."
