"Very bad service. Had to transfer all my meds to another pharmacy. The people are rude (one of them hung up on me) and even the manager acts like he couldn’t care less about customer service. They essentially as good as said they don’t need the money bad enough to correct their actions."

"I love this place! Always a friendly smile and they know you by name. I switched all my medicines to Carrington drug and I love it. I love supporting the local entrepreneurs at the community. We are actually putting food on our neighbors plates. During COVID-19 millions of small businesses went out of business while our government let Wal-Mart remain open. At Walmart I was just a number and they could care less about me. Carrington I’m a person. And I feel valued as a customer. They take all the same insurances as WalMart, Kroger, and CVS. The differences is we are supporting our local entrepreneurs! Kudos to Carrington drugs. Plus they have a drive-through for the winter months. Or if you had surgery and can’t get out of your vehicle. Same with Ross, drugs and Whittaker. Will start making an impact in our own communities. I’m tired of Monopolies running this country. If you can’t tell, I am very happy."

"This is not my typical pharmacy but I went to them because they were one of the only two places that open before 9am.. unfortunately they did not have a medication in stock, but they were so friendly and helpful. They even tried to contact prescriber, gave me suggestions on who maybe able to fill it and offered to special order.. wonderful experience."

"The best pharmacy in town. I drive here from Jeffersonville now because their service is incomparable to other pharmacies. They very rarely ever have to order a medication and they'll fill a prescription in 10 to 15 minutes. The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to establish a rapport with all of their customers. I've seen them go way out of their way and the score of their responsibility to help customers who needed but couldn't afford their medication, or customers who've had problems accessing their medications due to problems with their prescriptions. Their lobby is rich in town history, so you can see old yearbooks or neat little medical contraptions that used to be in practice while you wait to pick up your prescription. They're also well stocked in their store when it comes to medical supplies, snacks, OTC medications, vitamins, essential oils and even candy flavorings!"
