"Beautiful furniture but horrendous customer service and even worse delivery. Don't let their "concierge" delivery into your house. They broke an ottoman and dropped it on our newly refinished hardwood floor causing $5k in damage. After spending $$$$ on furniture, you would expect more. Take your dollars directly to NC to buy handmade furniture, even with the trip costs you would save money and have the same if not better quality furniture."

"Ordered what is an expensive dining table to me (just under $3000). I don't feel I rec'd the best service. There were issues getting my table that caused delays for a few weeks. And when it finally arrived, it came in pieces a few days apart. Now the feet pads have fallen off (like you see on cheap furniture). The only saving grace is that the table is beautiful and except for the pads seems well made. I contacted their customer care number and asked for support hoping to get someone to come look at a couple of flaws and also those pads. I never rec'd a return call at all. As the old saying goes, " burn me twice, my fault." Edit: I am editing because of what I now know about the furniture we purchased. This is the best piece of furniture I've bought that isn't a rare antique. It is really nice looking. If you do go there, just expect a wait for delivery. They did make things right."
