"They don't have an x-ray machine, you have to go someplace else. No MRI machine, so you have to go someplace else. No blood work, so you have to go somewhere else. They don't do Prior Authorizations for medications so if you need a PA, you have to go someplace else. They will tell you "we'll call you back" and "The doctor will call you" - never happens, they never call you back, the doctor doesn't call you back. So I'm not really sure what they actually do. I guess they do physicals and prescriptions that don't require a PA."

"Been going to the for years but they ain't helping me like I want them too.. they don't care bout it your health like they should. I'm a plus size person I asked for help they don't care . I ask for the weight loss shot they said no to me BC your not diabetic.. well they need to learn more bout shots.. their not just for diabetes.. DONT GO TO THEM.. they just want the money. Go somewhere else!!! I found a new doctor office to go to.. don't call me and ask why I wrote the review . ."

"The doctors are awesome from nurse Laurie nurse Virginia they was okay only met Dr O once. Never had an issue with prescriptions other than sometimes it took an extra day to get sent over since they do the digital stuff but besides that everything was okay with that I believe sometimes the nurses rush you out when you don't have a serious manner but I understand that because if it's not serious they got other patients to get to only problem I have with Pearl medical group office location off of bardstown road mutual area is that the staff is Young unprofessional rude. I have witnessed they talking about patience in front of me and maybe they think because I'm cool I'm not going to say nothing but that's a major No-No to be discussing patients business and making fun of patients situations in front of other patients. I have witnessed this just not a pro medical from Norton health institute to all kind of places younger staff do not respect the privacy of patients on their phone quick to rush and do things bossy rude I do not like young staff and I'm a young person doctor told him to get that under control once you get that under control per medical group will be one of the best places but until then nurses is fine the doctors is fine but the staff members is terrible not all of them some of them is okay. It was a black dude where you get the urine sample from was on phone didnt look at me just grabbed a cup and handle it to me was on phone...the new shirt girl she must be new but she seem like she a little off not professional but I guess it is what is is...Chioma Lori Stephani is ok nurses but the staff needs work"

"First I want to say that Dr. Todd there is very knowledgeable and friendly. However, after today I will not be going back there nor my family will be either. We waited for over an hour today for my daughter to be seen by the doctor there. She was still never seen. We ended up just leaving. The office lady said that they were waiting for a room to open up but after she told us this, two other people were called back to be seen. They had just gotten there while we had been waiting for a very long time. Not only this, the office lady could of been nicer with her words. Instead of saying, "what do you want", she could of said "how can I help you". Not only this I should of known that this was not a good medical office after having my ultrasound done at a hospital and the doctor never calling me to discuss my results and not getting my records about my ultrasound. I'm not in the medical field but even I know that after a medical test is done that the results should be gone over with the patient. To this day, I still don't know the results of my ultrasound because the hospital refuses to give me my own results unless I fill out hipaa paperwork which I did. They claim though they never received it! I have a confirmation fax that they did receive it. What a mess! Also one time we called Pearl Medical to make a dermatologist appointment for my daughter, we needed a referral done. They took down our information. We never heard anything back so we called them. They said that we never called them??? Ok so I'm done with seeing this doctor, today was the last straw. This is my review."
