Norton Diagnostic Center - Fern Creek

"The staff was very rude towards me because I showed up at my appointment time and not 30 minutes ahead of time. They said it was a message left that I did not get a chance to check but I did once I was told I had to reschedule for coming at the time of my appointment and the lady who left the message was rude as well. The only good part was the gentleman taking the images. When arriving the ladies that sit at the front desk did not even greet me and I told them my name the first thing they said to me is you will have to reschedule. I will not be returning to this location and this is not how norton employees should treat any patient and they should conduct themselves in a better manner then what I had to experience . No matter who the patient is, what the patient look like or if your having a bad day. Staff should do better it is not a social club it is a professional office serving the community."

"I’m scheduled for a CT Monday 12/6/21 and they wait until 6:30 Friday night to call me and tell me the CT machine has been down all day and they have to cancel my appointment, when I ask if they can get with Norton scheduling to try to get me in somewhere else Monday being that I had my lab work today CT For Monday and follow up with my oncologist Wednesday and she says no they are closed now you will have to do it yourself because we don’t have the staff to do it. Very convenient you waited until they closed so that you didn’t have to try to help reschedule all the patients you are canceling for Monday, I will never use this place again for anything that I have to have done!"

"My name is Melvin Robinson. I needed to get a copy of my MRI and I was coming out of Louisville, headed to my Taylorsville home. I called these people and told them what I needed and they said they usually require a 24 hour notice. When I said I was from Taylorsville they said they could have the MRI in about two hours. When I said that I was almost in Fern Creek they said to give them a half an hour. A half and hour later I picked it up. I would like to salute these ladies for their caring and support for us people who are unfortunate enough to need these things in life."

Kelvin made the experience an incredible one and I will never go anywhere else for diagnostic work. The two beautiful ladies at the front desk were also very very sweet and helpful. "Through a miscommunication regarding insurance and coverage, my daughter's tests scheduled for Friday July 3 were not able to be conducted when she arrived at the Norton Fern Creek Diagnostic Center. This caused an already stressful and difficult situation to become even worse. I am so thankful for the compassionate and professional staff that was there that day. The three ladies and the radiology tech spent over an hour working so hard to reschedule her tests and repair the situation. They were all extremely kind, patent and helpful. They turned a very difficult day around and I am very grateful."
