Reviews of Louisville Water Tower Park
"Excellent spot to take in the Ohio and learn the importance of the water company to the city (and surrounding areas.) The space is used by locals throughout the year for various festivals, Reggaefest and Steamboat Race are of personal note. Easy access to good food/parks within 10 minutes."
"It was closed for work and couldn't see anything. When we made our travel plans there was no where, that I saw, that mentioned this. Maybe some day we will be this way again."
"We aren't from around here so I didn't know what to expect. I just wanted to explore and take some pictures. We spent about 20 mins here and took some pics. Great place to visit if you enjoy history and some pretty neat architecture. I would recommend checking it out."
"Very interesting and historic place to see in Louisville. Fascinating to learn about the water process and see the buildings. Thanks to the Louisville Free Public Library for adding this place to the Cultural Pass this year."
"Nice park with plenty of parking working water fountain just in case you need it. Another nice thing is electric outlets in the parking area; not sure why, but that could come in handy. You will learn history about how they used to pump water for urban use, and how they do it today. You will also learn some pearls about water filtration and just how many people live and rely on the Ohio River. This is a peaceful place to stop, even if the museum isn't open."
