"We are staying at this hotel this weekend and the coffee easily took 10 mins to come and we arrived at 10:10am and are still sitting here at 10:40am without any food still. We ordered eggs. Nothing crazy. The restaurant is barely half way full. Update: food officially came at 10:50am. The food was pretty good. But not worth the wait or the price in my opinion."

Tanisha answered our questions with such ease and excitement that assured us that we stumbled upon the perfect option. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food BEYOND DELIGHTFUL! "Ordered room service from the Laura Hotel. The online order form wasn't working, but I called from the room phone and they answered right away. Placed my order and they said they'd have it to my room in 20-30 minutes. Order arrived right when they said it would. Exactly what I ordered. The burger and fries were good and arrived hot. The bananas foster was even better."

"My husband and I came for Sunday brunch while visiting in Houston. Restaurant had a DJ that played music upbeat but not so loud you couldn’t hear person across from you. Chef Marcus and waiter Daniel made sure that what I ordered was soy free and it was exceptionally delicious! The chicken fried steak rivaled my own homemade chicken fried steak. I rarely have any out because rarely satisfied with what restaurants serve. My husband had an omelette and we both left satisfied and full. I will definitely be back when in Houston."
