The hair stores in Louisville is where it's at, Owensboro ain't it. If you're use to the hair stores in Louisville you'll be disappointed with this one"

"Im a regular customer, the store is very nice and the staff. The only down is that you can't exchange hair, so you pretty much lose out on something that you can't tell if you like it or it looks right. Other than that I support this store. I've lost out on about 100.00 on hair that looked good but wasn't for me. This has only been twice. To any customer id advise to really make sure the hair is definitely going to suit you before paying. I'm upset about it, but at the same time I understand. All the products are well worth buying and it's way better than Sally's in my opinion."
