"I places an order February 7th. Did not get any information on the the delivery. I contacted the company on the 14th. They still had not shipped the product. On the 15th I checked again. No email response from them. At least it showed they had created a label for it. I contacted the assigned sales rep and even thogh he said he was sorry he said all orders take a processing time. That means we don’t care. 1 hour later I received another email with the tracking info. I needed the product that is why I ordered it. I won't be buying anything from them again."
