"You know the saying: "The Customer is Always Right" ? Well, with Sun Tan City, the customer is always over billed, given the run around concerning a refund, and is impossible to actually speak with to discuss the matter. For anyone who has given 4 or 5 stars, they haven't tried to use their system to freeze an account yet. When they do, they will be extorted, and given an impossibly obtainable refund. You will lose money !! We're going to the BBB over the issue, & if you read the other reviews, we are not alone. $300 was taken out of my girlfriend's "frozen" account, and it was her book money for school. They stole a college students book money. Be careful !! Read the reviews !! You will get burned, & I don't mean in the tanning beds !!"

"Love this place!! A little pricey but it's well worth it. Staff are super nice and helpful, especially Matt, they have awesome beds and the place is always really clean . Never a long wait if at all. Definitely would recommend this place!!"

"Who doesn't love tanning?! This Sun Tan City is as good as its going to get, well except the pricing. Memberships are insanely high priced for any of the premium beds. You can offset the high cost by opting to go when they do their 5 visits for $7-10 promos or $7 any visit promos. It's always clean, and the beds are always very hygenic the staff is very nice and always very attentive. Even if there is a wait it's never for more than 15 min. 8/10 only due to prices."
