"They did me wrong! I purchased a phone and watch a few months ago. No problem with the phone however the watch was defective on the first day. Had to charge it every 6 hours. The battery wouldn't last long. Called them and even went to another T-mobile store and they said it was defective. So I took it back and they did replace it however apparently I lost my promotional deal of $10 a month, $5 with autopay. I noticed on the bill and went back to get the bill fixed. They acted like this was the price of 10 dollars with autopay but I have the paperwork work. Well, this morning I had time to look at Activity History and found where I last the watch promotional because of Buyers Remorse???? So if they sell you a broken watch and you bring it back to get one that works they take your promotional deal ??? I would love it if they would explain it to me so it makes sense to me. Really how is that right? I doubt they even care. T-mobile is a big company. What does one customer matter? I would say be careful when you go there but it won't make a difference because once you sign a contract they can do whatever they want even if it's wrong."
