"Called about 5 minutes to close to see if they had a bourbon in stock that I'm trying to locate for a family wedding. The lady that answered the phone was polite but whoever told her "it doesn't matter because we close in 5 minutes" just lost your establishment a long time customer. It doesn't take 2 minutes to check and be kind. I didn't ask to extend your hours. I just wanted to know if you had it so I could plan to come by tomorrow. No worries. Plenty of other places I can take my business to."
