"I did not receive my $4 ECB for buying 2 Crest Gum Detoxify, so I nicely informed the emo-looking cashier woman and got nothing but attitude. I have always had a better customer service experience at the other locations, but this one is closest to home. Guess I'll drive the extra distance instead."
"So I usually don’t have some crazy problems with this place (yes the wait time is usually long) but your drive thru staff obviously has a low bar expectancy. I went in later than usual, because I knew my medication wouldn’t be ready asap. Of course 4 hours after going in, It wasn’t ready. So not only that, But the girl Hayley with the burgundy/red hair (Assuming that’s even her name) was so non empathetic. I was showing obvious signs of distress and she most definitely found my situation amusing. She basically almost laughed at me and as soon as she closed the window that’s what her and her coworkers did. Was laugh. I feel sorry for anyone that’s ever had the displeasure to meet and have to deal with these people. As someone with Bipolar disorder it’s so hard keeping my composure under these type of circumstances. I felt like I was having a panic attack. Not only at the thought of not being able to get my medication, but also at the way this staff acted. Keep in mind, even though I was obviously distressed. I was not rude the entire time UNTIL I saw that they thought this situation was funny. The main thing that hinted at that was what I assume is their manager (The African American male in the white lab coat) nodding towards my car and laughing. Plus this “woman” Hayley coming up to the window with a smirk on her face. I truly hope karma does it’s work and they all feel what I felt today. Such a disgusting group of people and I feel sooo sorry that i’m not the only person that they have treated like this. In other terms y’all suck and be happy I can’t do more. As someone that works in the customer service industry, people like you is what makes it so disappointing. Here is a picture of what I assume is the supervisor, who also thought this situation was hilarious. I took a picture since her coworker claimed to not know her name.I’m “glad” i was able to be your laugh of the day. It’s okay though, if CVS can’t , then Karma will definitely do it’s job."
"Amazing church family ready to embrace anyone who walks in the door. Do you need more than just a church? Do you want acceptance? This is what Jesus Christ wants for all of us and it certainly resonates throughout this church. Hear the word as it is written in the Bible, not someone’s opinions. Be prepared to hear an absolutely beautiful Worship Team presentation."
"Dealing with their pharmacy process is so frustrating. Staff are friendly. They are often out of my prescriptions and I have to miss taking medication because of this. I am so disappointed that my insurance makes us use them or not have medications covered."
"I went over a month without my medication because no one would listen to me when I tried to explain the situation, I experienced literal withdrawals and psychical pain waiting for the "no sell date" to come because they told me I couldn't get them before. All of that I was okay with until I was told by my nurse practitioner that it was wrong and I should've been given my medication refill once I ran out. Then when I tried to explain this to the HEAD PHARMACIST she yelled "Absolutely not" and hung up on me before I could begin to explain my situation. I will admit I am not blameless and I did use a stern voice and a curse word with her but when its my 5th time trying to get my medication (medication that makes me ill when I don't have it) and the pharmacist is rude off the bat before I even speak I believe I have the right to be rude back. As someone who deals with angry customers I understand it is not the most fun but there is a correct way to handle the situation and yelling at them then hanging up is not the correct way ESPECIALLY when its regarding medication people need to function. Its not like I just got bad service at chick fil a or something the laziness and carelessness of the entire staff effected every aspect of my life. Its disgusting a place in charge of peoples health has such terrible service."
