"So the two ladies that work were really disrespectful and very picky of what you touch. they don’t trust customers. And acting like they own the store, even though none of them were the manager. I don’t recommend going there for anything reason."

"The young lady from the very moment I walked into the door was Verde from telling me they close to not being prepared for me to check out to the next young lady named Sarah being just as rude and refusing to put my product in the back due to having issues of having my credit card locked And asking the other young lady why she was being rude from the very beginning if she was not ready to check me being a hairstylist I knew what I was coming for last minute people like this should not have jobs within these environments"

"The sales associates this particular visit were NOT very knowledgeable about what products they even have in the store. But... The girls were SUPER NICE & tried their hardest to find a product similar to what I needed. The girl actually suggested that I "ask google" if Sally's carries a product similar to Oloplex or Matrix Ultim8!! Lol... I had to laugh. But at least she was TRYING to help. Bless her heart! The stores appearance was overall nice & super clean!! I'm leaving a picture of my daughter's hair that I did with hair color purchased from Sallys. Looks awesome. (FYI I AM A PROFESSIONAL COSMETOLOGIST)"

"I hope I'm spelling her name right but the store manager Taya helped me find the exact hair color I was looking for. She was super nice and so helpful bc of her I will be back and be a life long customer, also a beautiful man with gorgeous blue hair helped me with face mask and the woman working with him that night was so sweet. It's rare to find a place with multiple great employees but this place has it HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR the any beauty thing you may need, I adore y'all!!!!!!"
