"Booked a Hotel room stay at Caesars Southern Indiana for 2 nights with a 90 minute couples legendary massage at Indulge Spa. Our appointment was for 1PM on Thursday 4/20. I had booked this 3 weeks in advanced. We went down to the Spa located within the hotel main lobby (front desk) around 12:30 PM and the Spa was closed. When 1PM came there was no one there to open the business. At about 1:01 PM in came a worker through an employee door. The Spa entrance still remained closed. about 1:10PM I went up to the door and knocked. The young lady opened the door for us and we went in. When we told the lady who we were and that we were there for a couples legendary massage things went south. She told us that she had one therapist coming in and did not show any couples massage listed for today. I told her I had booked 3 weeks ago and spoke with Monica or Tara. We waited for about 15 mins while the lady worked on a resolution. I believe she was texting or emailing the manager or owner. At the end of our short wait we were told they were very sorry and asked if we could wait till later that evening or tomorrow. We declined and left. We will not return."

"Had a 1hr and a 30 min massage booked for 10 AM on Christmas eve. Arrived around 945 AM to find the therapist waiting outside the facility. Management had not shown up. We waited another 30 minutes after security let her in. Finally she came out and got us. I canceled my 30 min and sent my geust back for the full 90 minutes. Got a call from Management roughly 30 minutes later apologizing. Thanked them but told them that wasn't gonna fix my problem. The owner then messaged me with another apology and offered up a candle as a way of making up for literally not showing up at their business on time. I refused. Paid full price. Very poorly managed and poor customer service. Massage was great according to my guest."

"As a first time spa customer, I was apprehensive about using the massage service as I have never had one in my 59 years. My fears were completely extinguished upon stepping through door. The receptionist was kind and informative. She was personable and knowledgeable. My therapist, Patty, was very skilled. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable in her care. Her professionalism was exceptional as was her personality. I would highly recommend her when visiting this spa. She is amazing. Great place to go."
