I went in, and the woman working reccomended two products to heal and hydrate my hair that were $15 together, and my hair feels so much better after just one wash. The employees here will give honest and helpful hair advice without guiding you to the most expensive products in hopes of a higher sale, great staff overall, saved my curls!"

"Spent over $60+ on hair products for a simple hair coloring to have my hair come out 50 shades of not silver/ or gray. I’m very disappointed with the product and Sally sales team. On top of all this they recommended spend $60+ and pick a different hair coloring… Sally’s and sales team is a joke and need more experience team. Highly recommend going somewhere else"

"Sally employees think they are professional hair dressers . Most don't know what they are selling. I've been doing hair for over 20 years and they suggest all the wrong products and colors when you speak to them about what your doing. If you tell them you don't need help they rush you out of the store or follow you around like your stealing . This is not a way to conduct a business ."

"My wife spends a lot of money at Sally's each month & she is a club member sense 2008. She purchased a couple bottles of T-12 toner after a employee suggested that shade and brand to her, it was way off and she wasn't happy with it at all. We are aware of Sally's "Love it or return it" guarantee, so no big deal RIGHT? well WRONG !!!! She had me to take it to the Sir Barton Way Sally's this morning and after telling Kayla ( who was very very nice, friendly, helpful and apologetic) what was wrong with it and giving her the receipt she explained to me that her manager does not honor the guarantee if the bottle is empty, WHAT???? the policy isn't "Love it or Return it unless the bottle is empty" with the toner she bought the directions says to use the contents with 2 parts of 20 developer, so how do you know if you like it if you don't use it. I told her that she didn't love it or like it actually she hated it, and she apologized and said her managers wouldn't let them do it. I ask her managers name which is Michelle Burke, and she told me that she was at another store training another manager which is a scary thought sense she doesn't follow Sally's policy's. So I called corporate while setting in front of her store and explained to them what the situation was and the lady from corporate very nice and was shocked when she heard that Michelle had her own policy but after a phone call to the store I received my refund, and why not because number 1 they do have a Love it or return it policy and number 2 my wife has to pay more money to color her hair the color she wants it, so Thank You Kayla and Sally's corporate office, and Michelle well nevermind."
