"I go to this Thorntons solely for Thelma and Jerry. They always have a smile on their faces, and get to know their regulars. Five star service every time I visit"

"They will keep you waiting for hours outside. At such an inconvenient time. Where they could make more money. Two employees, yet they can't work correctly. One in the register and another doing prep but they don't. Inconsiderate and rude."

"Selection of snacks/drinks is great. Customer service not so much. Bought a couple of items and wanted to get lottery tickets. One cashier tried to scan the lottery ticket, but it didn't work. She mentioned it to the other cashier. The other cashier was too busy to help as she was scanning her own snacks. She mumbled back if enough numbers were selected. There were and the first cashier said that back to her. The first cashier tried again then handed the form back to me and mumbled "I don't know why it isn't working" and gave me the total for my items. No big deal on the lottery tickets, but not real offer to help especially since two were quick picks. The mumbling of "I don't know why it isn't working" sounded like she wanted to take a nap. Not to mention the other cashier was in her own world."

"Most of the employees at this location are not covering their noses with their masks, and the management is not enforcing any mask policies on customers - allowing them to walk right in like they own the place and berate other customers when they simply try to distance themselves. I do not feel safe going to this Thornton's location and I will never go back again."

"You better hear Miss Ally the first time she mumbles your transaction total, because if you don’t she’ll be repeating it with attitude the second time. I’m pretty sure she’s in management there as well. I’ll gladly drive another 60 seconds to the multiple Speedways in the area now."
