"I had my brows done twice with Savannah during the summer of 2022. They looked really good; they were about 95% perfect- there was a little inconsistency, but I didn’t have her do a touch-up. I had my brows done for the third with Savannah in December 2023. I followed the directions for cleaning and ointment, keeping them dry, etc. As you can see from the photo, there is a fairly prominent inconsistency in the pigment in my right brow toward the middle of my face. I reached out to set a touch-up appointment. I ended up speaking with Savannah’s husband as well as texting with Mackenzie and Savannah herself. Let’s just say that customer service is sorely lacking. I received mixed messages about potential touch-up appointments. In addition, her husband was rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing him. Instead of being apologetic or concerned, the tone was one of blame. Savannah is definitely talented, but I think that she has bitten off more than she can chew. Hiring and maintaining staff is an issue; this causes problems when you need a touch-up or a timely service. If you cannot provide thoughtful, appropriate customer service and hold yourself accountable for the services you provide, you should not be in such an industry. I would not recommend this salon for the above mentioned reasons. All three times I went to Ivy and Grace, there was an unmistakable tension that clients should not feel."

His work is very precise and he is knowledgeable in the procedure and materials used. The atmosphere in the salon was comfortable and clean. I felt relaxed and pampered during my time there. I am very happy with my procedure and I would highly recommend Cody to family and friends. His work is fabulous!"
