"Got a OTC med prescribed from the lil clinic in the store(flonase) decided to use the pharmacy so I actually get something back from my insurance I pay for. Was told it'll be 40 minutes cause they're going to lunch in 10 minutes. Soooooo I just paid for my meds outta pocket, oh and I filled my prescription in like 15 seconds. Kudos Jay C pharmacy!"
"Hands down one of the best pharmacies around. The staff does everything they can to make sure you are taken care of in a timely fashion. The drive thru line can get a little long, but I know it’s for convenience."
"They don't update the prescribing doctors name when they get a renewed prescription from a new doctor. Then when the insurance needs a prior authorization they contact the wrong doctor. When you call the doctor you find out your doctor was never contacted! And now I find a bill from a collection agency, where they billed a past insurance for meds after I cancelled the insurance . So I have to pay over $600 for them billing the wrong insurance!!!"
"I loved this pharmacy for a long time because I thought they were professional and cared about the people that they took care of. I have begun to have health issues, chronic pain and we have been trying to figure out what happened after having my 4th child. My doctor has been very supportive in trying to address this, as it is new for me and has never happened before. After having a couple refills of pain medication the pharmacist asked my husband, "What, is something wrong with her?" In a disrespectful manner and every time I have called, I have had short, rude and disrespectful tones from the pharmacist and the crew working. I get they may not like me or understand but when you are going through a new serious health condition, it isn't for you to know the background to express kindness. I happened to lose my grandfather the same week I was at the height of my chronic pain and it just goes to show you never know what someone is going through. They were very rude, short and it feels like we have to find a different pharmacy to just make sure we are getting the consideration we need as a family of 6, which shouldn't have to happen. It is not fun to go through health issues but its even less fun to feel judged, not liked and not cared about from your pharmacy. I have never experienced this anywhere else but this specific pharmacy. Personally, I feel like my scripts are being mishandled now and "lost" on purpose, which is a very scary thing to have to deal with. I shouldn't have to feel like a pharmacy is purposely trying to have malicious intent because for some reason they choose to not like a customer."
"rude and disrespectful pharmacists, takes two people to do one job and with snappy comments. told us our meds would be done at 2 o’clock, we waited for 15 minutes in line only to be told we had to go all the way to the back and wait another 15 so they could hand count our medication because their system was down instead of letting us know before we got there. learn how to run your pharmacy and respect your customers or don’t run one at all."
