"We've stayed at this location for over 10 years when visiting family in Georgetown, TX. The facility has deteriorated and is not taken care of, their breakfast has taken the same course. So sad. Doubt we'll be staying there on our next visit."

"Such a disappointing experience. We were billed a no show charge AFTER checking in. Found an industrial fan in our room upon check in. Apple cores in the sink. A/C unit that struggled all night and soaking wet carpets with no offers to move once we contacted the front desk. Most disappointing was the manager's complete lack of accountability or offers to explain billing mixup."

"I had an AWFUL experience with Claudia who was the manager on duty. Claudia was incredibly disrespectful, lied through her teeth, and made a bunch of stuff up. I travel for work and have stayed in hundreds of hotels and I’ve never seen a manager on a bigger power trip, and I’m flabbergasted she is in the position she is in. Either she goes or I will never stay here again."

"I was staying at this place for 2 weeks and had a great experience! The customer service was superb as they answered any questions I had or if I needed anything. Had no issues with parking. Room was clean and they provided breakfast from 6 am-10am. It was a overall pleasant stay and I recommend."
