"We usually go to Natures Way Resources because they are way cheaper than this place today. We brought in just in the back of my truck, some branches and two bags of pine straw that was $13. We complained online and we were told to take our $13 elsewhere, when we were just simply agreeing with the majority of the reviews that this place is price gouging at Natures Way Resources I could have a whole trailer filled with bags of grass and I won’t get charged a dime today’s load would’ve been 2 to 3 dollars because there was no big logs and it wasn’t an abundance and instead we get told to take her $13 elsewhere let me make something perfectly clear 99% of the time we do and I’ll say their name again Natures Way resources The only reason why we came to your over priced rude customer service place is because Natures Way Resources is full and only taking horse manure and food waste right now I would start off by being way nicer to people who are simply pointing out a FACT that you cannot refute or deny. We will find another place even if it’s way out-of-the-way before I come to some rude overpriced joint like this."

"Used to be a good place when it was Deanco...I live less than 2 minutes away, we wanted a load of landscape gravel. They wanted $95.00 for delivery. We decided to just get a load on our trailer. Their prices were higher than other places we checked, but we figured being that close, it would save us the hassle of dealing with 1488 traffic. They charged us an additional $6.00 on one line of the receipt and then an additional $3.00 on another line for something else. No explanation as to the additional charges. When we questioned it, the woman behind the counter suddenly forgot how to speak English. For the rest of our project, which ended up being about another 20 tons, we went to the place east of 2978 near Old Conroe-Magnolia Road. Their prices were lower, they were more friendly and had we wanted it delivered, their charge was $65.00 to go 7 miles each way instead of about 1 mile."
