"Our 1 year experience at Cadence took place under the previous directors who both resigned in August 2023 not long before we unenrolled our child. While Ms. Sandra, Ms. Tanya, Ms. Laberta, and Ms. Ziyida are terrific in the infant room, our experience was a very mixed bag. Communication was poor, pickup and drop-off had minimal logic to where our child was supposed to be or was located, and a lot of the staff were visibly overwhelmed and even communicated that sentiment to parents. Cadence is also owned by a private equity firm backed by Morgan Stanley, so they are very profit driven with 3 price increases in our year there. Not long before our final day, this location announced they had hired a new director. We never had the opportunity to meet them, but I hope their presence helps stabilize this location."

"Before, Cadence was a destination for all families, but unfortunately recently it has begun to suffer. As a father, random decisions and the mass departure of the best and oldest professors hastened the mass exodus of parents. I hope this review will not be blocked because recently I noticed that some people’s reviews were blocked. Success is accepting criticism, not hiding the facts."

"We enjoyed our time with Cadence! While there was significant staff turnover during our time (we recently moved out of state and had to leave Cadence) with the new Director and Assistant Director hired, we always knew our son was well taken care of in the infant and toddler rooms throughout his time. Ms. Tonya, Ms. Loretta, Ms. LaBerta, Ms. Perette and Ms. Genesis were absolutely wonderful and a joy to connect with. I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Saida and especially Ms. Sandra in the older infant room, who are absolute saints and am so blessed they took care of our little boy for the majority of his time at Cadence. Their care and compassion really shows. There were several price increases during our time, but it seemed to be a trend across other daycares with the rising inflation costs. If you are in the military they take Child Care Aware and were incredibly helpful in getting that set up for our little one! Thank you Cadence!"

"I have a 4.5 y/o and a 2.5 y/o that attend Cadence. They are always excited to go to school and love their teachers. My 4.5 y/o can be a handful if he's not kept busy and Ms. Bree does a fantastic job keeping him in check and exploiting his strengths. Highly recommend!"

"Cadence Academy in Austin has provided our family with a sense of community. The staff are so friendly and show genuine care for our daughter. The communication between home and school is excellent and staff within cadence are so approachable and really work with us to be available. We get constant reports from the class teacher as part of the Pre-K program showing where our child is at and heading towards school preparation. Cadence has a wonderful parents as learning partners program which encourages parents to come and be involved in their students learning and feel part of the school community. Classes are very routines which is excellent for the children for for families to understand the day, opportunities for field trips and community based learning activities is excellent. My child is excited to go to school every day and this is going to give her the confidence to begin her schooling with no worries. We feel so lucky to be part of this school and confidently give it a 5 star rating."
