"If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I am 28 years old and other than a few highlights in my hair have not changed my appearance at all since I got my DL years ago… I have also never been questioned as to if it was me or not rather it be me buying alcohol or cigarettes. The Indian lady (in her 40s I would guess) Accused it of not being me and then when I showed her my credit card it's still wasn't good enough so I had to go out to my car and get my college ID which then her it seemed to be daughter told me after looking at my ID for 2 seconds that I was fine and let me buy my cigarettes. The worst part is the older lady had an attitude from the beginning to the end and never apologized for HER mistake. I will be reaching out to the store owner and I will not be returning. Everyone makes mistakes but real customer service consists of owning up to those mistakes and treating your customers like human beings, this lady should be ashamed of herself."
