"I always go to this location. Never had any problems, until this last Sunday. I'm assuming the older lady was "new," my normal lady wasn't there. The lady burned my cuticle completely off, along with some of the skin, left purple acrylic & super glue all over fingers, uneven lines, & she left debris under the nails themselves. Very upset with this experience. Tried to contact the "Customer Service" they have on their website, had no success. Now, I have to worry about getting an infection. Also still had to pay $35 for the nails."
