"I bought two pair of Holiday earrings last week. So pretty and the prices are reasonable, as well. I have worn the gold stars almost every day since purchasing them. However, one of the "clasp" style earrings, on the other pair, broke as I opened it to put it on. I took back the earrings, with my recipt and explained the situation to the store clerk. He informed me that there is no exception to the no return policy. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. I don't believe that defective merchandise was sold deliberately. However, I do believe that there should be a return allowed in this situation. My friend, who was with me, was also surprised at this response. I am waiting to hear from you before I tell all my friends, family and associates of my experience."

"I regret to share my recent visit to this jewelry store was quite disappointing. The sales attendant's behavior was extremely rude, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated. From the moment I entered the store, the sales attendant showed no interest in assisting me. Their responses were abrupt and unhelpful, as if my presence was an inconvenience. Witnessing them treat another customer in a condescending manner only worsened my experience. As a customer, I believe in receiving respect and politeness, regardless of my intentions to make a purchase. Unfortunately, this store failed to meet those basic expectations. I genuinely hope the management addresses this issue and focuses on improving their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this jewelry store to others. It's best to seek out establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction and treat their patrons with the respect they deserve."

"If I could I would give this store a zero and I will not be back shopping in this store!!! I brought 5 pieces of jewelry. The next day I was getting ready and realized that the bracelet that I brought was not in the bag. I went to the store in Fayette Mall on Monday and the store was close at at 630pm when the mall doesn't close till 9pm. I went back the next day and the person in the store informed she just saw the bracelet on the counter but now do not know where it went to. She told me there's nothing she could do about the bracelet since she can't find it. I asked what am I supposed to do? So she gave the regional manager number to call. As I was calling the manager, she was trying to close the store up. I did leave a message for manager. I asked why was she closing the store and she informed because she is the only one there. All the other times when I was in the store or passed by, there has only been one person working. So I returned a butterfly necklace-17.99, butterfly ring-24.99 and rhinestone necklace.-22.99. Now that I'm home looking at the receipt, she gave me back my money for the butterfly necklace and ring but returned the bracelet -20.99 that I never received in the 1st place and not my money for the rhinestone necklace that I returned. So now I've paid for a 22.99 necklace that I don't have anymore. So check your bag to make sure all items purchased is in there before leaving the store and if returning an item check your receipt to make sure the correct item was returned!!!!"
