"This has been a theme around the city where businesses are refusing to standby products that they sell because somehow they’re so frustrated with the homeless problems that they want to take it out on everyone and it’s absolutely ridiculous. They either treat you like your stealing, won’t let you use the restroom as a paying customer, come harass you if your in the parking lot to long. Mind you I work from my car as I travel around the city. lol or They have a very, very ugly disgruntle attitude towards you, and will proceed to cuss, yell at you and threaten to call the police on you if you have anything to tell them about the service or quality of product provided. And in this specific store, I had a bag of potato chips that were so stale that they smell like cardboard they were they were just awful and not edible, so w/o even a flinch of an inch I took him back in politely at first. I asked them if I could get a refund or another bag of chips, because these ones were stale, and I got one of the worst responses that I’ve ever received from this type of situation. This guy was so upset, and he wanted to argue with me again and again about the chips and a hundred reasons why they weren’t. I told him to taste them and he just was so unreasonable. He wouldn’t give me any money back and he wouldn’t give me any other bag of chips at all and I thought how ugly is this that this man.. What about somebody that, that was the last money they had to buy those chips or what if it was some kids from school and that was there money for the day for their snack??? he just robbed them, luckily for me I had money I could go to another store and I could get another bag of chips. But at someone else’s cost that would not be able to happen and that would really set their day off wrong and that’s really just not right at all! Anyways consumer law says something else. customer is always right number one( within factual reason) and number two the product that you put on yourself half has to stand up to a certain standard and being stale is not one of them as well as the customer service. I definitely don’t appreciate this business. I didn’t give him a slap on the face for how ugly he was being but I sure wanted too!!"
"Still do not allow the public to use their restrooms. What's a convenience store for? Also, have cash versus credit gas prices which I think is a deceptive business practice that I don't like."
"This place should not be judged by its surrounding or the interesting you see on your visit. Once I actually got accustomed to the neighbor hood I soon found out the this is the local neighborhood store. The guys behind the counter remembers just about everyone who visits the store. It's awesome to walk in and see a familiar and hear a genuine welcome with a smiling face. Not suggesting that you should go in looking for credit but as a regular I like that if I happen to be paying in cash that I could be allowed to pay him back the next time I visit the store. All in all if you move to the neighborhood, don't be afraid walk right in and I'm sure you'll make a friend in one of the guys who work there"
