"If I could give them place 0 stars I would! First and foremost this child care is everything but 24 hours that is a false advertisement. The number listed on here is a dead number they are going to 100 percent NOT answer their phone calls and they’re going to tell you that you’ll pick up your child from school which is also a lie. Shannon Allen is the owner and she is horrible the only other word I can think of to describe her is trash. I get off work after 7 PM working in the medical field... Shannon would say to come to pick her up by 6 but lie and say it’s 24 hours. If this place was advertised as what it would save people a lot of time. That lady told me to bring my daughter's car tag to her just for one of her employees because she can’t keep texting my phone from their personal phone to tell me that she can’t do it. Instead of telling me to jump, she wasted my time AGAIN. She’s not out of character by far. Not answering the phone and having my child is mind-blowing. She’ll hand you flyers to pass out to get people to go enroll in her establishment. Run away from it don’t walk run. She’s going to waste your time. You’ll never be able to get what you need done because this is not 24 hour child care."

The staff I know are hard working, kind, have great communication skills and will go above and beyond to solve any issues if they were to arise."
