"They take care of our children, teach them values and they stay on top of their behaviors. My little one loves to go to the after school program. Mr. Kevin always check in with me and I appreciate that."
"Amazing my child loves it!!!! Teachers at YMCA are always entertaining student they care about them too"
"The staff at the YMCA afterschool program in Farmers Branch are really good with the kids and my daughter loves it there. She cries if she doesn’t go there. They also give them snacks. Last week when I went early to pick her up because I missed her she told me to give her an hour. She wanted to still play. She does not like it when I come to pick her up early. That alone reassures me that the staff treat her well there. They also are good at communicating any incidents that occur when I pick her up, good or bad, and I love that they involve me and give me updates on my daughter it really takes a village and I appreciate all the staff very much."
"It has been amazing, the ladies that are there are amazing, sweet, friendly, always in a good mood. My daughter loves it, even when she doesn’t need to go she is begging me let her go to YMCA. As a mom that’s a great sign that the ladies are doing a great job. Because last year where I had her going to an after school program she used to cry and even make her self sick so she didn’t have to go. I just want to thank everyone (the ladies that do the after school care, but also the ladies at the office) being a single mom is not easy. I don’t have enough words to describe my appreciation."
"The staff is caring and attentive. Excellence in communicating concerns or areas of improvements with the parents. The educational activities are exceptional. My kids don’t want to leave when I pick them up so that settles my mom heart knowing they’re in a place where they feel safe."
