"TWICE TODAY THIS LOCATION HAS FRUSTRATED MYSELF & MY ELDERLY FATHER WITH IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING !!! THE POSTED SIGN FOR DR. PEPPER PRODUCTS IS 3 FOR $12 , HOWEVER WHEN IT WAS SCANNED AT CHECK OUT, IT WANTED $15.63 , INSTEAD OF THE $12.00 , SINCE I PAY W/THE LONESTAR CARD !!! AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES OF TRYING TO REASON WITH UNEDUCATED, INCOMPETENT STAFF & A LARGER HISPANIC MANAGER, I STARTED TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE & FINALLY, THEY GAVE IN TO ME, TO GET ME TO LEAVE THE STORE !!! MY FATHER WENT THERE SEVERAL HOURS LATER & A SIMILAR THING HAPPENED, BUD LIGHT WAS $9.95 FOR A 12 PACK & $12.+ WAS RUNG UP & WHEN CALLED ON THE SALE PRICE, THE FEMALE MANAGER SAID THAT SHE HAD FORGOTTEN TO REMOVE THE SIGN, IN VIOLATION OF LAWS THAT STATE THAT IF ADVERTISED, STORES MUST HONOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE !!! I HOPE THE CORPORATE OFFICE SEES THIS & RECTIFIES THESE PROBLEMS !!!"
"Store manager walking around racial profiling me, trying to make me turn in my shopping bag (I was purchasing wine and didn't want to have it drop out of the plastic bag). What she should have been doing was checking out people because the line was wrapped around and down the aisle."
