"We bought this sofa after buying a new home 3 years ago. The furniture has been minimally used and is in very good condition. Randomly, the rope that holds the springs down broke, causing the springs to bulge up into the sofa cushions. We called Rooms To Go however since we did not buy the extended warranty they said there was nothing they can do. For the price we paid for this furniture, there should be no need to buy an extended warranty. If they were confident in their own product it would automatically come with a warranty worth more than one year. Although it looks beautiful, the quality is poor and is not worth the price. Unfortunately, we will never buy from Rooms To Go Again."

After we found what we needed, David helped us through the process of choosing colors and different fabrics, he was very attentive and professional.
